BUS 360 - Diversity in Organizations

Lecture: 3
Covers the integration of diversity in organizational policies, structure, and demographics. Students summarize how and why workplace stereotyping, prejudice, bias, and discrimination are pervasive in business and gain an understanding of how diversity influences internal and external opportunities in local, domestic, and global business environments.
Prerequisite: BUS 203 and admission to a Bachelor of Applied Management degree program.
