BUS 325 - Managing Organizational Change

Evaluates the foundations of organizational change and development. Emphasis is placed on the human factors of organizational changes, including leadership, influential organizational change models, stages of organizational change, and organizational culture change. This course teaches students how to develop positive organizational changes and improve organizational performance.

Prerequisite: BUS 203  and admission to a Bachelor of Applied Management degree program.
