An introduction to the valuation of real and financial assets with applications to financial management. Develop financial statements, estimate cash flows and required rates of return, time value of money, discounted cash flow valuations, capital budgeting, and the use of debt and equity financing.

Prerequisite: BUS 218 and admission to a Bachelor of Applied Management degree program.
